Professional salon brand TIGI, owned by Unilever, has entered into a global licensing agreement with Naterra. Naterra will produce, market and distribute TIGI Cosmetics – but will collaborate with TIGI on the development, design and distribution.

Naterra is based in Coppell, Texas, where it operates a cosmetic manufacturing plant with state-of-the-art capabilities. The brands it manufactures includes Aqua Spa and Baby Magic.

“We’re excited to partner with Unilever and TIGI Haircare to elevate the status of the iconic brand’s professional cosmetics line amongst fashion leaders, trend setters, and professional artists,” said Jin Song, CEO, Naterra.

TIGI Worldwide President Tom Monaghan commented, “Partnering with Naterra brings an expertise that allows TIGI Cosmetics to move forward with integrity and creativity. We look forward to its future success.”

TIGI’s Founder and International Creative Director, Anthony Mascolo added, “TIGI Cosmetics has always given creative synergy, inspiring makeup looks for our imagery and a vital asset to creating the ‘total lifestyle’ look. We are excited to see where the brand goes next.”
